Jana White's update on Facebook........5 hours of surgery, 7-8 plates to hold the shattered bones together, two incisions---one inside his mouth, one above his eye in the eye lid---two punctures for screws and Cooper's face has been put back together. It was very shattered and about 1 inch displaced. He did not need to get his mouth wired shut but will be on a liquid diet for a couple of weeks. Good news, facial nerves etc. in tact. Bad news--he'll be pretty swollen and uncomfortable for several days. But it's fixed. 4-6 months from now he will have surgery to remove the plates . Just waiting to be able to go into recovery to see him. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of the prayers and support. He will need them now as he continues to heal both emotionally and physically. Us too.
Please continue to keep them in your prayers!!
We Love you Cooper and White family!!

Sad to see you leave....
As most of you know and some of you do not, Brad and Lynette Jones have sold their home. It is great for them but we as a ward will miss them. We have some service opportunities with this move, they need some help packing some boxes. If you are able to assist they need your help June 12 Thursday morning from 9am-12pm and/or June 13 Friday morning from 8am-10am. The Jones will need to be out of their home by July 11. We will surely miss this great family.

Update on Cooper White
From Jana White's Facebook status:
"Today is an amazing day for us.....Cooper has responded to us again, shook his head for yes, opened his eyes, gave us another thumbs up and grabbed his Dad's hand again. We are feeling so blessed amongst this tragedy. Keep your prayers coming, they are working!!!! Miracles do happen! :)"
Please continue to keep this dear family in your thoughts and prayers. Our strong Cooper has a tough battle ahead of him so sending positive energy his way would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Ward Fast
We have had a tragic accident in our ward family. Jana and Brenden White's family were on atv's this afternoon. Jana's parents had Cooper (their 8yr old) and his cousin in a side by side atv. They had an accident, both of Jana's parents passed away and Cooper and his cousin were life flighted to primary childrens. We are asking the ward to start a fast right now, through tomorrow, for Cooper and their family. Cooper is in critical condition. I don't have any other details. Please please pray for them!
